Your satisfaction is our priority. In order to provide you with information or a price quotation, we process the following personal data:

- first name and last name
- address
- phone number
- e-mail address

### 4. For what purposes do we process your personal data?

a) Sending a price quotation

We process your personal data for the purpose of fulfilling pre-contractual relationships, i.e. to send you a price quotation upon your individual request. Although the quotation is not binding, it may serve as a basis for an order of the selected product.

Your data are therefore processed on the basis of legal regulations for the purpose of fulfilling pre-contractual obligations, and no separate consent is required.

You may also contact us via the form created for this purpose on our website to request information. In such cases, your data are processed based on your consent.

b) Marketing communication

We also process your personal data for customer care purposes, providing information about our products and services, and for market research, specifically by sending newsletters.

If you have not yet made a purchase from us, we process your personal data for marketing purposes only if you have given your prior consent.

Data provided and processed for the purpose of issuing a quotation or providing information are stored only until the request is processed. After the quotation or information has been sent, we no longer process or store your personal data.

Your e-mail address is stored as long as the purpose for which you gave your consent exists or until you withdraw your consent.

Personal data processed for the purposes described above are generally not disclosed to third parties.

Your personal data are processed electronically. We do not apply automated individual decision-making or profiling.

### 12. How do we protect your personal data?

As mentioned at the beginning of this document, the security of your personal data is of paramount importance to us. To this end, we have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including protection against loss, alteration, or unauthorized access.

The technical devices used to process personal data are protected by appropriate passwords, known only to authorized persons. These devices are located within our own premises and are not removed or transferred elsewhere. Access is granted only to authorized persons who are properly trained and familiar with our internal rules and policies governing the processing of personal data.

We regularly review the measures taken and continuously adapt them to the current state of technological development.

If a personal data breach were to occur and it posed a high risk to your rights, we would inform you without undue delay, but no later than within 72 hours.

Our webshop may contain social media features. The data controller may receive comments or links shared by users on social media platforms that refer to our websites.

The data controller may also access information listed in the user’s public profile on the respective social network, as well as any information that the user shares through the social network when using our services.

### 14. What rights do you have?

a) Right of access

You have the right to know whether we process your personal data. If so, you may request access to those data. Upon request, we will confirm the processing of your personal data and provide information about its details.

b) Right to rectification

You have the right to ensure that your personal data processed by us are accurate, complete, and up to date. If your data are inaccurate or outdated, you may request their correction or completion.

c) Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”)

Under certain circumstances, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data. We will delete your personal data if:

- the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected
- you withdraw your consent
- you object to the processing of your personal data
- your personal data are processed unlawfully
- deletion is required by law
- you are a child, or the parent of a child, who consented to the processing of personal data via the internet

In some cases, however, we may be unable to delete certain data (or parts thereof) due to legal obligations. We will inform you of this without delay.

d) Right to restriction of processing

You may request that we restrict the processing of your personal data. If the request is accepted, your data will only be stored and not otherwise processed. Restriction may apply if:

- you contest the accuracy of your personal data, for the period required to verify accuracy
- processing is unlawful, but you request restriction instead of deletion
- we no longer need the data, but you require them for legal claims
- you object to processing, pending verification of whether our legitimate interests override yours

e) Right to data portability

You have the right to request that your personal data be provided to you electronically (e.g. in XML or CSV format), allowing easy transfer to another service provider.

Upon written request, we may also transfer your data directly to another data controller of your choice, provided that the data were supplied by you and processing is based on consent.

f) Right to object

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data. Based on your objection, we will delete your personal data if the processing is related to a task carried out in the public interest or the exercise of official authority, and you have personal reasons for objecting.

### 16. Handling of requests

All requests are reviewed, and you will be informed of the outcome in the same manner as the request was submitted. During the assessment of requests related to data subject rights under the GDPR, we may request reliable verification of your identity.

Each request is assessed individually and professionally, and you will be informed of the outcome no later than one month from receipt. The handling of requests related to GDPR rights is free of charge.

If a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, particularly due to its repetitive nature, we may charge a reasonable fee reflecting administrative costs. For repeated requests, we may also charge a reasonable administrative fee for providing copies of personal data.

If you believe that your request has been handled in violation of the GDPR, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority ([www.dataprotection.gov.sk](http://www.dataprotection.gov.sk)) or contact the competent court directly.

### 17. Final provisions

This Privacy Policy enters into force on **15 January 2024**, the date of its publication.

We reserve the right to amend this policy if there are changes in the way personal data are processed within our company. Any changes will be communicated to you by e-mail.
