For more than 15 years it has focused on building residential projects and industrial facilities, offering clients comprehensive services from initial design all the way to turnkey handover. ## The Challenge The goal was to build a website for a real estate developer that would effectively present and sell apartments. The site needed to enable: - displaying multiple projects at the same time - easy adding and updating of listings - full SEO optimization for better visibility - a visually attractive, modern design with animations ## The Solution We designed a custom website that highlights the visual identity of the projects while making navigation easy for visitors. The site was delivered as a full-service solution: - graphic design and UI/UX - programming and development of interactive features - animations and project visualizations - professional photography and property visualizations - full content management via Craft CMS, allowing the client to easily add new projects and apartments ## Result The new peknebyty.sk website combines a modern, clear design with easy content management that simplifies presenting and selling residential projects. Visitors can quickly find available apartments and information about individual projects.
