It's a place where discipline meets passion, and where future world-class talents grow up. When we began working on a new digital solution for the civic association DAC Akadémia, the goal was to translate this top-tier infrastructure into a clean, representative online environment. The site wasn't meant to be a complicated portal, but a modern, clear information hub — a place where parents, partners, and the public could find answers to every important question without unnecessary wandering. ## The Challenge **Clarity comes first** Sports websites often suffer from the same ailment: they're cluttered, packed with flashing banners, and finding a specific document or contact is a half-day task. For DAC Akadémia, it was essential to take the opposite approach. The site had to serve as a clean information hub. No complicated interactive systems, no registrations. The brief was clear: build a platform where parents could instantly find organizational instructions, information (for example, about the 2% tax designation), and contacts. The challenge was to arrange this information so the site would feel maximally professional, yet still human and approachable. ## The Solution **Clean information wrapped in premium design** Instead of an overengineered site, we opted for a clean, minimalist design that breathes the club's identity. The visual side works with contrasting typography and generous open space, so that all important information immediately catches the eye. We designed the whole information architecture so navigation would be intuitive. The site doesn't burden the user with unnecessary clutter. If a parent is looking for information about how the academy runs, its bylaws, or contact details, they reach it instantly, without extra clicking. **The details that make the experience** Even though this is primarily an informational site, we didn't skimp on the details that bring it to life. Transitions between sections are smooth, and the text layout respects natural reading flow. Information isn't crammed into shapeless paragraphs but logically divided into blocks, so it can be quickly scanned even on a phone screen right at the edge of the pitch. ## Our step-by-step process A top-tier digital product doesn't happen by accident. Our methodology is built on close collaboration and constant fine-tuning of details. For the DAC Akadémia project, we followed our proven plan: - **Personal consultation:** We started by sitting down with the academy's leadership. We needed to deeply understand the organization's structure and clarify which information mattered most to parents and partners. - **Design concept and approval:** We created a unique, custom visual concept — no templates. We went through the layout of elements and jointly agreed on a design that represents DAC's professionalism. - **Content and first fine-tuning:** We filled the design with real content and copy. During this phase, the first rigorous review took place, where we worked with the client to fine-tune the wording so it would sound human and clear. - **Precise programming:** Once the visuals were bulletproof, we brought them to life with clean code. We custom-coded the frontend and connected it to a robust backend for lightning-fast loading. - **Final review and go-live:** Before launch, we put the site through thorough testing. We checked speed and behavior on mobile devices. Once it passed with a full 100%, the site went live. - **Admin training:** The project doesn't end for us at launch. We personally trained the academy's team so they can manage the site quickly and keep all information constantly up to date. #### Technology and clean administration The biggest win of this project is something the average visitor never sees — the incredibly simple management of the entire site. We built the platform on the Craft CMS system. We chose it deliberately, because it gives us total developer freedom, and for the client it means an end to endless waiting on programmers for every small change. Everything is designed to make administration as intuitive as possible. The DAC Akadémia team doesn't need any technical knowledge and never has to see a single line of code. Since the site serves as the main information channel, posting a new announcement or updating contacts is a two-click task. The admin panel is simply built so that nothing can be broken or visually messed up. Craft CMS also generates clean, fast code, which significantly helps SEO and GEO optimization. The site loads instantly on phones — something parents appreciate right there on the sidelines — and search engines can read it perfectly. The result is a stable, secure, and lightning-fast site that does exactly what it's supposed to: deliver important information quickly, clearly, and without unnecessary noise. ## About the project The collaboration with DAC Akadémia showed that even a purely informational website can have a world-class digital presentation.
